Name Tag Information
The idea behind the name tags is to eliminate the need for the Activity Leaders to print names tags for their group. The time and expense for this seems to be endless. If members are willing to pay a few dollars, the board will contribute as well, and everyone who would like a name tag, can have one.
You can and should wear your PPWA Name Tag to ALL PPWA activities and events. One name tag is good for all!
It is a 1” x 3” acrylic tag with a magnet on the back. The names are inserted under the dome lid and snapped together. (They can be updated as needed.)
The cost for a name tag is $5.00. The replacement cost is $5.00.
If you would like to request a 2nd name tag, the cost for the second name tag is $5.00.
Nanci Korman will be helping with the requests, monies and printing.
You may mail the form to Nanci with your payment (918 Chickadee, Venice, FL 34285), or drop it off at her house (a box will be provided on her front porch). You will be notified when your name tag is ready with details for pick up. And yes, we will accept cash.
Please Note: Your Name Tag is NOT an entrance ticket into activity. Because we are such a large organization, registrations and reservations are still required.
(Anyone wishing to participant in an activity after submitting their dues and form needs to contact one of the Activity Leaders of that group first. If space is available, the Activity Leader will contact one of the Membership Chairs to add your name to the group’s email list.)
